Camping Lucija is located on the Seča peninsula in Portorož, where you can wake up every morning with a view of the endless blue! The campsite has its own shop, and is suitable for families with children and for guests arriving with motorhomes and tents. There are also many sports fields and courts nearby for lovers of physical activities.
In the summer months, plenty of sea adventures await you at the well-kept and protected bathing area, which has access to the sea and is suitable for all ages.
Pleasant temperatures, peaceful surroundings and the sea just steps from your pitch make Camping Lucija on the green Seča peninsula an ideal choice for an autumn escape in nature. Walk to Piran, explore the Parenzana cycling trail or simply enjoy the relaxed rhythm of Slovenian Istria – together with your pet, too. The campsite is open until 1 November 2026.
There are a total of 3700 pitches, divided into pitches by the sea, standard pitches, and pitches with terraces. All pitches in the campsite are equipped with electricity, and 204 of them with water connections as well, and there is also an exclusive area with 45 pitches just for motorhomes.
From June to the end of the summer season, you can buy basic food products, drinks, children's toys, and bathing and camping equipment from the catering facility at the swimming pool. We also recommend visiting the Taverna restaurant in Portorož, and the Batana Pizzeria in Piran.
Camping Lucija is family-friendly, offering a children's playground with a sandbox, a slide, and a swing that will positively delight your children. It also offers a changing room for babies, a well-kept and protected beach with easy access to the sea, fully equipped sanitary facilities, and various sports facilities nearby.
To make the family experience even better, Camping Lucija opens its doors to your pets. And what's more, you'll also find an outdoor shower specifically intended for washing your pets. The only place where your furry friends are not allowed is the regulated part of the bathing area.
While staying at Camping Lucija, due to its fantastic location, you’ll have all the beautiful sights of Slovenian Istria at your fingertips. Walk or cycle along the famous Parenzana route, also called the path of health and friendship. Visit the nearby city of Piran and let its magic enchant you. Also make sure not to miss the numerous museums, such as the Salt Production Museum and the Piran Aquarium, which will surely delight all members of the family! Additional relaxation can also be found at Sea Waterpark Termaris and the Wellness Benedicta wellness centre at Hotel Histrion in the St. Bernardin resort in Portorož.
