Sustainable development and social responsibility

Our key guidelines at Sava Hotels & Resorts are caring for the well-being and health of our guests, and creating enthusiastic guests who will love coming back to us. At the same time, it is extremely important that we offer unique and authentic experiences in coexistence with the environment and contribute to the positive development of both society and economy. We have far reaching goals that we, together with our employees, aim to reach through small but reliable steps.

Following the goals of the 2030 Agenda

In doing so, we seek to make a special contribution to the four goals of the United Nations in the field of sustainable development, namely the goals of health and well-being, of clean water and sanitation, of responsible production and use, and of climate action.

17 development goals for a better tomorrow

Sustainable Development Goals are our guide: The 2030 Agenda was adopted in 2015 by 193 United Nations Member States. With it, they set 17 development goals, with a strong vision of transforming our world, encouraging us to take the brave and transformative steps urgently needed to put the world on a sustainable and enduring path. The Agenda’s Sustainable Development Goals (CTRs) aim to mobilise action over the next decade in order to eradicate poverty and hunger, to protect the planet, and to ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity. The goals are designed to work in a spirit of partnership and pragmatism in order to improve life in a sustainable way – for our children and for future generations.
