Tennis at Health Resort Zdravilišče Radenci

Tennis enthusiasts will feel right at home at Health Resort Zdravilišče Radenci. Just a few steps from the resort, Tennis Centre Radenci offers seven courts suitable for players of all skill levels. Indoors, there are three courts with carpet or granulate surfaces, while outdoors there are four clay courts. Four changing rooms are also available for your convenience before and after your game.

There is nothing more enjoyable than a game of golf in the beneficial Radenci microclimate. The 9-hole golf course is distinguished by hole no. 5 with two greens, separated by a water hazard.

Breathing exercises and exercises for a healthy heart

For a healthy heart, join in with guided exercise overseen by a physiotherapist at the Health Lounge. And in addition to simple but extremely beneficial exercises, you can also learn proper breathing. Blood pressure and heart rate are among the things that can also be controlled through breathing properly using the abdominal diaphragm – inhaling through the nose, with the belly slightly expanding, followed by a long exhalation.
