Hotel Restaurant Termal
Among the houses there’s a barefoot path, consisting of six different walking surfaces taken from the nature of Prekmurje. And in the park next to the houses, you can find and hug your favourite tree. All your stress will simply disappear!
The resort is home to Wellness Thermalium, a wellness centre offering treatments and rituals imbued with the beneficial gifts of Prekmurje nature. Also, don't forget about the unique black thermal mineral water baths!

Apartment guests have free entry to the Terme 3000 Thermal Park, which features indoor and outdoor sections, as well as the swimming pools of the Hotel Termal (themed indoor swimming pool complex and 2 outdoor swimming pools) and swimming pools in Hotel Ajda (indoor thermal recreational swimming pool, outdoor thermal recreational swimming pool, indoor and outdoor black thermal mineral water pool and indoor and outdoor children’s pool).
Apartment guests get free entry to the hotel sauna of the Hotel Ajda. Guests can also visit the Thermalium Wellness Centre, which is part of the Terme 3000 resort offering a wide range of wellness services with a Pannonian note, baths and cosmetic services as well as special medico-wellness services; the Terme 3000 Medical Centre offers rehabilitation for osteoporosis, joint and back pain and non-infectious skin disorders, as well as a wide range of physiotherapy services.
Hotel guests take their meals under half-board arrangements at the Hotel Termal located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment village. The Hotel Termal runs the Termal hotel restaurant offering a Prekmurje-style dinner. The Cafe Praline is also part of the resort and has a daily fresh offer of local desserts and sweets made using local ingredients. Room service is available daily from 7.00 to 23.00.

Terme 3000 – Moravske Toplice is situated in the north-easternmost part of Slovenia. Leave the Pomurje motorway at the Gančani exit, where you will see a sign for Moravske Toplice. In the village of Bogojina, turn left for Moravske Toplice. Once you have reached the town, you will see the Hotel Livada on your left. It is 185 km to Ljubljana, 285 km to Trieste, 435 km to Venice, 505 km to Munich, 125 km to Graz, 235 km to Vienna, 290 km to Budapest, 165 km to Zagreb and 535 km to Belgrade. The closest bus stop is 200 m away, while the central bus station is 5 km from the hotel. The Maribor Airport is 50 km away.
