Collecting Droplets is easy. You will be awarded Droplets for:
  • Personally booked accommodation in hotels, apartments, campsites and glamping (does not apply to bookings made through agents and partners).
  • Water park visits
  • Use of wellness services
  • Use of self-funded medical services
  • Playing golf on the Sava Hotels & Resorts golf course
  • Enjoying the gastronomy offer of the bars and restaurants of Sava Hotels & Resorts
For every euro spent, you get 10 Droplets: as soon as you have collected a minimum of 3,000 Droplets, you will be able to start redeeming them.

Free overnight stays at Sava Hotels & Resorts
  • Members of the Sava Hotels & Resorts Ambassador Loyalty Programme can redeem the collected Droplets for free overnight stays or for various additional services related to their stay.
  • A free night in a hotel or apartment village is defined as a night's stay with half-board for 1 person.
  • A free night at a campsite is defined as a night's stay for 1 person including a pool complex pass and camping pitch power supply connection (a pool complex pass is not included for Camping Bled).
  • A free night at Glamping Gozdne vile is defined as a night's stay with breakfast and the use of a private bathroom for 1 person.
  • A free night at Wine Village Glamping is a night's stay with half board for 1 person.
  • Depending on the number of collected Droplets, with the minimum credit balance being 3,000 Droplets, members can choose from overnight stay options according to the credit scale.

Terms and conditions for redeeming additional benefits

How to get free nights?

  • Join the Sava Hotels & Resorts Ambassador Loyalty Programme.
  • Present your Ambassador card when using the services of Sava Hotels & Resorts.
  • Keep track of the credit scale and your account balance, which you can inquire about at our destinations or by phoning our call centre
  • As soon as you have collected a sufficient number of Droplets (the minimum is 3,000), choose your free night at your preferred destination in accordance with the credit scale.
  • When booking accommodation, please state that you wish to redeem your Droplets.
  • Droplets can also be redeemed when checking in at the reception at your preferred destination.
  • The Sava Hotels & Resorts Ambassador loyalty programme team will make sure that redeeming your Droplets will be another enjoyable experience at Sava Hotels & Resorts.
  • Your Droplets can also be transferred to other Ambassadors' accounts

Special (personalised) tokens of attention depending on the status

All members of the Sava Hotels & Resorts Ambassador Loyalty Programme will receive special tokens of attention and individual treatment at resorts. They also receive exclusive offers based on the interests and preferences they expressed when joining. The Ambassadors are classified into categories based on the number of collected Droplets with each category bringing additional surprises.
