Collect Droplets

Collecting Droplets is easy and enjoyable. You will receive them for:

• Individually booked nights in hotels, apartments, campsites, and glamping (but not for bookings made through intermediaries and partners).
• Visiting water parks.
• Use of wellness services.
• Use of self-paid medical services.
• Playing golf at Sava Hotels & Resorts golf courses.
• Enjoying any of the cuisine at the bars and restaurants of Sava Hotels & Resorts.
• Purchasing Sava Hotels & Resorts gift certificates and Aquapass bathing tickets.

For every euro spent, you receive 10 Droplets (Blue entry status), and you can start redeeming free nights at our accommodation facilities when you collect a minimum of 3,000 Droplets - in accordance with the benefit scheme below.

Free overnight stays at Sava Hotels & Resorts

• Members of the Sava Hotels & Resorts Ambassador Loyalty Programme can redeem the collected Droplets for free overnight stays or for various additional services related to their stay.
• Depending on the number of collected Droplets, with the minimum credit balance being 3,000 Droplets, members can choose from overnight sta

A free night is defined as a night's stay for 1 person and contains as follows:
• Hotel or apartment village: one halfboard.
• Campsite: a camping night's stay including a pool complex pass (not available for Camping Bled and Camping Lucija) and a camping pitch power supply connection.
• Glamping Gozdne vile: a night's stay with breakfast and the use of a private bathroom.
• Wine Village Glamping: one halfboard.

How to get free nights?

• Join the Sava Hotels & Resorts Ambassador loyalty programme.
• When paying for Sava Hotels & Resorts services, show your Ambassador card and collect Droplets.
• Monitor the balance of your membership account, which you can check on your Ambassador online profile, at our destinations, or by contacting the call centre.
• When you have collected enough Droplets (minimum 3000), choose the desired free night at a resort, according to the benefit scheme.
• We recommend that when booking your desired accommodation, you should make sure to specifically state that you want to redeem Droplets.
• You can then redeem the Droplets when paying the bill at the reception of the selected resort.
