At Sava Hotels & Resorts, the security of personal data and the trust of our guests are of the utmost importance, which is why we are sharing a few recommendations for secure communication.
We would like to kindly remind you to exercise caution if you receive any unusual messages that may be related to your reservation.
We simply ask you to remain vigilant regarding any messages requesting an additional payment, the re-entry of payment card details, or the disclosure of sensitive information.
Sava Hotels & Resorts will never ask you to provide your PIN, CVV security code, one-time banking codes, or photographs of your payment card via links in emails or text messages, WhatsApp, or similar communication channels.
If you receive a message that appears unusual or suspicious, do not reply to it, do not open any links, and do not disclose your personal information. You can always verify the authenticity of a message using our official contact details:

We are sending you this notification in connection with a security incident involving Phobs, our external provider of the online reservation system used on the website www.sava-hotels-resorts.com. According to the information provided by the service provider, full payment card numbers and CVV security codes were not disclosed.

Dear Guests,
In order to continue providing you with a comfortable and pleasant stay, we are currently carrying out urgent roof repair works resulting from weather damage and storms that affected the building in the recent past.
We apologise for any occasional noise and inconvenience and are doing our best to minimise any impact on the quality of your stay.
For your safety, we kindly ask you not to use or remain on the balconies during the working hours, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. During this period, access to the balconies is strictly prohibited.
Should you have any questions or experience any inconvenience, please do not hesitate to contact the hotel reception, where we will be happy to assist you.
