The Flavia world of saunas is keeping alive the tradition of Roman bath houses, which comprised several types of bathing rooms, a sweat room, hot and cold water baths, and a rest area. We have adapted these features to suit the modern era and integrated them into our world of saunas. There are five saunas to choose from: three steam saunas (Turkish saunas) and two Finnish saunas with a variety of sauna programmes. To make your sauna experience even better, try a Kneipp bath in the cold plunge pool, relax in the warm plunge pool, and visit the ice cave. Soothe your body and mind in the tranquil rest lounge, or hire a VIP sauna to enjoy more privacy.
