Cooking for you and before you will be chef Simon Bertoncelj, a member of the Slovenian Culinary Olympics team and an important member of the chefs' section at the Tourism and Hospitality Chamber of Slovenia. He will introduce you to the ingredients and the preparation process. Alternatively, you can take him up on the challenge and get involved with the cooking.
