Sava Hotels Bled: guests have unlimited use of the swimming pools of the selected accommodation on the day of arrival and departure, and guests of Grand Hotel Toplice and Hotel Savica Garni have free access to the Živa Wellness pools once a day for 3 hours.
Health Resort Zdravilišče Radenci: On the day of arrival, swimming is possible at the thermal park of Health Resort Zdravilišče Radenci from 11 a.m., and all day on the day of departure. 
Terme Ptuj: on the day of arrival, swimming is possible from 11 a.m. at the Vespasianus hotel pools and the thermal water park, and until 9 p.m. on the day of departure at one or the other.
Terme 3000 – Moravske Toplice: on the day of arrival, swimming is possible from 11 a.m. in the swimming pools of your chosen hotel and at Thermal Park Terme 3000. On the day of departure, swimming is possible at Thermal Park Terme 3000 until 11 a.m. and in the swimming pools of your chosen hotel all day.
St. Bernardin Resort Portorož: swimming in the hotel pools and at Seawater Park Termaris is possible from 11 a.m. on the day of arrival and until 5 p.m. on the day of departure.
San Simon Resort Izola: on the day of arrival, swimming in the hotel pools is possible from 11 a.m., and on the day of departure until 5 p.m.
Salinera Resort Strunjan: on the day of arrival, swimming in the hotel pools is possible from 11 a.m., and on the day of departure until 5 p.m.

Sava Hotels Bled: a bathrobe is provided at all hotel accommodations.

Sava Hotels Bled: sauna use is included with your stay at Grand Hotel Toplice, while other properties charge for sauna use.
Health Resort Zdravilišče Radenci: free access to the world of saunas (two Finnish saunas, steam, infrared, herbal sauna, and tilarium) once a day, and use until 4 p.m. (except on the day of departure). Usage after 4 p.m. requires payment.
Terme Ptuj: certain packages include a free 4-hour sauna session at the Flavia world of saunas, while other guests can pay an extra € 7.00/weekday visit and € 9.00/weekend visit. All guests have free access to the saunas at the thermal water park, which can be accessed twice per day.

We recommend that you book your wellness services before your arrival by calling or emailing the wellness centre.

The booking is confirmed by the bank transfer of the advance payment indicated on the offer, or by the credit card details (card type and number, expiry date), which are only needed for the guarantee.

Sava Hotels Bled – an electric charging station (with two connections) is located in the car parks in front of Hotel Park, the Rikli Balance Hotel, and Grand Hotel Toplice. Available for hotel guests only – free of charge.
Health Resort Zdravilišče Radenci: two charging stations are available at Health Resort Zdravilišče Radenci in front of the Hotel Radin entrance, and charging is possible at an extra charge. You can pick up a card for charging at the Hotel Radin reception.
Terme Ptuj: two charging stations are available at Grand Hotel Primus in the Grand Hotel Primus garage, at an extra cost of EUR 10 for the use of the garage, for both hotel and external guests.
Terme 3000 – Moravske Toplice: two charging stations are available in the garage at Hotel Livada Prestige, and charging is possible at an extra charge. A garage card and a card for charging are available at the reception of Hotel Livada Prestige.
St. Bernardin Resort Portorož – two electric charging stations are available in front of Grand Hotel Bernardin, a Tesla charging station and a regular charging station (free for all hotel guests, and for external visitors charging is possible for a fee).  A regular electric charging station is available in the garage of Hotel Histrion.
Salinera Resort Strunjan – electric charging stations are available at the Mercator store in Strunjan, and at the Strunjan Nature Park – charges apply.
San Simon Resort Izola – an electric charging station is available in the city centre at Manzioli Square, and at the Lonka car park – charges apply.

Sava Hotels Bled: classic and electric bikes can be rented for a fee during the warmer months of the year (usually between April and October). Detailed information on how to rent a bike is available at the hotel reception desk.
Health Resort Zdravilišče Radenci: classic or electric bikes can be rented at an extra charge. Bikes can be reserved at the reception desk.
Terme Ptuj: classic or electric bikes can be rented for an extra charge. Bikes can be reserved at the reception desk.
Terme 3000 – Moravske Toplice: classic and electric bikes can be rented at Bike Centre Moravske Toplice or at TIC Moravske Toplice. Detailed information on how to rent a bike is available at the hotel reception desk.

All resorts have bike storage rooms where bikes can be stored.
Sava Hotels Bled: bike storage is possible at the following hotels: Grand Hotel Toplice, Rikli Balance Hotel, Hotel Park, and Hotel Savica Garni, subject to availability.
Health Resort Zdravilišče Radenci: all resorts have a bike storage room where bikes can be stored.
Terme Ptuj: bike storage is available in the garage of Grand Hotel Primus.
Terme 3000 – Moravske Toplice: bike storage is available in the bike storage room in the garage of Hotel Livada Prestige, and in the bike storage room of Hotel Termal.

Sava Hotels Bled: Nordic walking poles can be rented at the Spa Luisa reception desk at Grand Hotel Toplice (cost € 5).
Health Resort Zdravilišče Radenci: Nordic walking poles can be rented free of charge at the reception desk of your chosen hotel.
Terme Ptuj: Nordic walking poles can be rented free of charge at the reception desk of Grand Hotel Primus.
Terme 3000 – Moravske Toplice: Nordic walking poles can be rented at the reception desk of your selected hotel for an extra charge of € 1.00/day.
St. Bernardin Resort Portorož: Nordic walking poles cannot be rented.
Salinera Resort Strunjan: Nordic walking poles can be rented at the reception desk of your selected accommodation for an extra charge of € 3.00/2 hours.

Sava Hotels Bled: pets (small breeds up to 25 kg) are allowed at Hotel Park by prior arrangement and at an extra charge. Certain restrictions also apply.
Health Resort Zdravilišče Radenci: pets are allowed in all accommodation units at an extra charge.

Terme 3000 – Moravske Toplice: pets are allowed in Hotel Livada Prestige for an extra charge of € 15.00/night, in Holiday Houses Prekmurska vas Ajda for an extra charge of € 15.00/night, in the apartment complex for an extra charge of € 8.00/night and in the campsite for an extra charge of € 3.50/night.
St. Bernardin Resort Portorož: pets up to 25 kg are allowed. Extra charge € 25/night.
Salinera Resort Strunjan: pets are allowed at Apartments Salinera for an extra charge of € 25/night.
San Simon Resort Izola: small pets are allowed, extra charge € 25/night.

Sava Hotels Bled: kettles are available in all our hotels.
Health Resort Zdravilišče Radenci: a kettle is available at an extra charge. Please contact the hotel reception for detailed information.
Terme Ptuj: a kettle is available in rooms on the 3rd floor of Grand Hotel Primus.
Terme 3000 – Moravske Toplice: a kettle is available in the suites at Hotel Livada Prestige, and in the Holiday Houses Prekmurska vas Ajda apartments and in the apartment complex. For others, a kettle can be ordered at reception.
St. Bernardin Resort Portorož: at Grand Hotel Bernardin, a kettle is available in all rooms, while at Hotel Histrion and Hotel Vile Park, a kettle is available on request.
Salinera Resort Strunjan: there are no kettles in the hotel rooms, but there are kettles in Apartments Salinera.
San Simon Resort Izola: a kettle is provided upon request.

Sava Hotels Bled: laundry and ironing services can be arranged by your maid or at the hotel reception, for an extra charge. The hotel (Hotel Park, Rikli Balance Hotel, Grand Hotel Toplice) also has an ironing room with iron and ironing board, where you can iron your clothes yourself.
Health Resort Zdravilišče Radenci: it is possible to borrow an ironing board and iron. Please contact the hotel reception desk for information.
Terme Ptuj: you can borrow an iron and ironing board at the reception desk of Grand Hotel Primus. Borrowing is free of charge. Alternatively, we can contact an external laundry service for you and have your items ironed at an additional charge.
Terme 3000 – Moravske Toplice: ironing of clothes is available from Monday to Friday at an extra charge. Clothes handed in by 9 a.m. will be returned on the same day by 5.30 p.m. Clothes handed in by 9 a.m. will be returned on the same day by 5.30 p.m. Irons and ironing boards can be borrowed from the hotel reception desk at no extra charge.
St. Bernardin Resort Portorož: you can borrow an iron and ironing board at the reception desk. Borrowing is free of charge. Alternatively, we can contact an external laundry service for you and have your items ironed at an additional charge.

Sava Hotels Bled: there are no ATMs in our hotels. The nearest ATMs are in the shopping centre and on the lakeside promenade.
Health Resort Zdravilišče Radenci: there is no ATM in the health resort; the nearest one is 400 metres away.
Terme Ptuj: there is no ATM at the resort. The nearest ATM is 1 km from Grand Hotel Primus, located at the Mercator store at the roundabout towards the centre of Ptuj.
Terme 3000 – Moravske Toplice: the ATM is located in Hotel Ajda, near the reception desk.

Both hotels (HH and GHB) have an ATM at their reception desks.
Health Resort Zdravilišče Radenci – there is no ATM in the hotel; the nearest ATM is 400 metres away.

San Simon Resort Izola: there is no ATM in the resort, but there is one near the hotel (approx. 100 m from the hotel).

Terme 3000 – Moravske Toplice: adult guests celebrating a birthday receive sparkling wine (0.2 l) and a greeting card in their room, children receive biscuits and a greeting card. Surprises can be arranged on request, preferably at the time of booking.
St. Bernardin Resort Portorož: guests celebrating a birthday at Hotel Histrion or Hotel Vile Park receive a personalised greeting card and a small bottle (0.2 l) of sparkling wine in their room. Guests celebrating a birthday at Grand Hotel Bernardin receive a personalised greeting card and 0.75 l of house wine in their room, and are served a bottle of sparkling wine with dinner. Children receive a jigsaw puzzle or chocolate.
Salinera Resort Strunjan: a surprise can be arranged, please contact the reception desk for full details.
San Simon Resort Izola: the celebrating guest receives a personalised greeting card and a small bottle of sparkling wine in their room, while the children receive a jigsaw puzzle. A bouquet of flowers, cake, and wine can be ordered at an extra charge.

Sava Hotels Bled: guests of Sava Hotels Bled can exchange the dinner included in their hotel package for a voucher at reception. This voucher is redeemable when paying for a meal of their choice at Restaurant Julijana (Grand Hotel Toplice), or at Cafe Park.
Health Resort Zdravilišče Radenci: dinner can be exchanged for lunch, which is served in the restaurant of Hotel Radin between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.
Terme Ptuj: dinner can be exchanged for lunch, which is served inHotel Restaurant Primus between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.
