Relaxing workouts


Pilates is a holistic workout with a focus on the less accessible, smaller and weaker muscles that contribute to a healthy posture, resulting in stronger muscles and a stronger cardiovascular system, better physical fitness and coordination, and improved self-awareness. In addition to body strengthening and shaping exercises, the workout also includes stretching and relaxation.

Qi Gong and Tai Chi

Qi gong and Tai chi are types of breathing and relaxation techniques that bring physical energy into harmony, and create balance. Practising them helps us to focus the mind, calm the breathing, and relax the body. The workouts encourage us to take some time for ourselves and our health, requiring a willingness to practise again and again. Regular training will restore vital energy and reawaken the joy of life, resulting in a stable mental and physical balance, and better health.

Yoga and face yoga (the Savina Atai method)

Yoga is the holistic science of life, which dates back over a thousand years, making it the oldest system of comprehensive personal development, which includes the body, mind, and soul. Yoga is also a unique method that combines physical activity necessary for physical health, with breathing and meditation techniques that soothe the spirit and create emotional balance. 
Face yoga strengthens facial muscles to prevent the appearance of wrinkles, restore skin elasticity, and enhance inner and outer beauty.
