Be fit gastronomy

Put together your own plate

At lunch and dinner, follow the picture presentations of the portions of vegetables, good carbohydrates and protein or take note of the labels showing the calorific value of the dishes in the buffet.

Give yourself enough energy to last all day

Choose a hearty breakfast for an energy-filled start to the day. Yoghurt, cereal and fruit or eggs, vegetables and wholegrain bread? There are plenty of options – choose the one that suits your taste and needs.

A refreshing snack

Refreshing, invigorating smoothies are available at any time during the day in the hotel aperitif bar and at the swimming pool. Choose something healthy when hunger strikes between meals.
