The health of our guests and employees is our main priority. To make sure that our guests can enjoy a holiday where all they have to worry about is making new memories, we have introduced a number of upgraded hygiene measures. Besides measuring body temperature at reception, regularly disinfecting our pool complexes, saunas, wellness centres, restaurants and bars, Sava Hotels & Resorts pays special attention to disinfecting the hotel rooms. We use the latest technology – a special nozzle that sprays disinfectant at just below ceiling height. As the solution drops down, it disinfects every part of the room completely and thoroughly, including the furniture, walls and floor. The solution is harmless to humans. Guests can enter their fully disinfected room after just a few minutes. This way, you can have a truly relaxing holiday, focusing all your time and energy on enjoying the moments that will stay with you forever.

Have you booked a stay with us?

If you have questions about your booking, please contact our call centre or send us an e-mail. If you want to cancel or change your booking due to the current situation, you can do so completely free of charge. Alternatively, a gift voucher valid until 31.12.2021 can be issued for the paid amount, redeemable at any Sava Hotels & Resorts destination (Sava Hoteli Bled, Terme 3000 – Moravske Toplice, Terme Ptuj, Zdravilišče Radenci, St. Bernardin Resort Bernardin, San Simon Resort Izola and Salinera Resort Strunjan).

Gift vouchers and the Sava Hotels & Resorts Ambassador loyalty programme

In the event of emergency situations, the validity of all Sava Hotels & Resorts gift vouchers will be extended. Please contact one of our call centres when you want to redeem your gift voucher. We will also ensure that the Ambassador loyalty programme Droplets do not expire. The validity of the Droplets will be extended in the event of emergency situations. All the relevant information will be published on our website.

Open/closed accommodation facilities

Sava Hotels & Resorts operates 7 destinations: 3 thermal and health resorts in the Pannonian region, a variety of accommodation facilities in Bled, and 3 seaside resorts on the Slovenian coast – a total of 18 hotels, 5 apartment villages, 4 campsites and 2 glamping sites. On top of that, the group also runs 5 water parks and thermal parks, 10 wellness centres, 3 health centres, and more than 10 restaurants.
