Chicken nuggets and potatoes
Chicken medallions are breaded with wholegrain flour. Rather than fried in oil, they are oven-baked. The oven-baked “fries” are rolled in whipped egg whites prior to baking to make them crispier.
Banana ice cream
Instead of regular ice cream, which contains enormous amounts of sugar, we blend frozen bananas and add other ingredients to give the ice cream flavour (berries, cocoa, coconut...).
Instead of the sinfully sweet chocolate and hazelnut spread, we make our own equally delicious version. Toasted hazelnuts crushed in a powerful blender serve as the base to which we add other healthy ingredients.

Healthy and Delicious is part of the Eat Better programme by way of which Sava Hotels & Resorts contributes to the building of awareness about the importance of a healthy diet. All Eat Better programmes at Sava Hotels & Resorts were created in cooperation with the nutritionist Mojca Cepuš, expert in the area of modern principles of eating healthy to promote well-being.
