Merger of the companies Terme 3000, d.o.o., Terme Ptuj, d.o.o., Terme Lendava, d.o.o., and Zdravilišče Radenci, d.o.o., to Sava Hoteli Bled, d.d., and the renaming of the latter to Sava Turizem, d.d.

Terme 3000, d.o.o., sells the Elizabeta Hotel in Lendava.

Completion of the renovation of the Izvir Hotel in Radenci (formerly Terapija). Founding a new company for the operation management Turizem Sava TMC, d.o.o. and combining the key business functions of tourism operations within the scope of this company.

The renovation and opening of the new family hotel Savica Hotel in Brdo. The termination of a lease contract on the Vila Bled Hotel in Bled.

Joining the companies from Bled under the umbrella of a united company Sava Hoteli Bled, d. o. o. Completing the construction and opening of the Grand Hotel Primus in Ptuj.

Completion of the construction and opening of the new Livada Prestige Hotel in Moravske toplice. Renovation of the Park Hotel in Bled.

Renovation of the Radin Hotel in Radenci. Renovation of the Zeleni Gaj Hotel in Banovci. Renovation of the open-air pool with amphitheatre in Ptuj.
2004
Sava d. d. acquires a majority share in the Terme 3000, d. d. Moravske toplice company and thus also a majority share in the Terme Lendava, d. d. and Terme Ptuj, d. o. o. companies plus hundred percent ownership in the company Radenska Zdravilišče, d. o. o. The shaping of the Sava Hoteli Bled and Panonske Terme trademarks with the first common market representations signify the first step towards a harmonised development of tourism activity drawing on common synergies. The completion of the second phase of renovation of the Golf Hotel with the construction of Wellness Živa and the largest conference room in Bled. Renovation of the Thermalium Wellness Centre and the completion of a golf course in Moravske toplice. Expansion and updating of the Ptuj Termalni Park. Completion of the apartment facility and a new indoor pool in Lendava.
2003
Sava, d. d. becomes a majority shareholder in Golf in Park Bled, d. o. o. (the Golf and Park hotels) and so creates the conditions for a faster and more harmonized development of its tourism activity in Bled. The second phase of the Grand Hotel Toplice renovation is completed. Renovation of the accommodation area of the Golf Hotel.

Sava, d. d. becomes a majority shareholder in the Bled company Grand Hotel Toplice, d. o. o. (the Grand Hotel Toplice, Vila Bled, Jadran and Trst hotels) and increases its share in the Golf in Kamp, d. d. company (the Bled Golf Course and Bled Camping).
